NURE Club Agency Licensing & Pipeline Program
In an increasingly competitive co-op and full-time job market, more and more employers are prioritizing real-world experiences as proof of skill in employees just entering the labor force. The Northeastern University Real Estate Club Agency Licensing & Pipeline Program will provide scholarship to legal certification in handling Real Estate, along with advanced market knowledge and personal finance skills. As candidates undergo required course hours, they are provided with real-time guidance, supplementary materials, and weekly review classes to ensure swift licensure.
After licensing, new agents have the opportunity to interview with premier Boston brokerages, for positions tailored to their flexibility as current or recently graduated students. The Northeastern University Real Estate Club Agency Licensing & Pipeline Program allows students to become student agents, and potentially brokers, providing students with passive and active financial independence opportunities, network expansion, and unique Finance work experience that differentiates candidates in the co-op and job application process.
These new agents will further enrich both the Northeastern and the Boston Metro community by increasing security in the housing process. They will be able to facilitate housing for rising students who are seeking trustworthy off-campus leasing arrangements.
